RGB uses sRGB. HEX supports 3 or 6 digits, without transparency.
CMYK is an approximation without an ICC profile. Printed colors vary with paper, ink and printing conditions.
These combinations use HSL hue and sRGB channels. Achromatic colors may repeat; results differ from mixing pigments.

Saved only in this browser. Clearing browser data or ending a private session may remove it. Export a JSON backup.
Storage troubleshooting
You can export your current work even if saving fails. Reset removes only this tool’s saved data.
Download the extracted colors from Image Studio as JSON, then import them into My palette library. Only colors are transferred, not images or capture metadata.
Scope and privacy
Colors, palettes and imported JSON files are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to a server. Accounts, sign-in and cloud sync are not provided. Browser storage is not encrypted storage.
Up to 100 palettes, with 64 colors each. Import backups up to 256 KiB or Image palette files up to 32 KiB. Imports are added to existing palettes; importing the same file again creates duplicates.
HSL lightness is not physical luminance or contrast ratio. Professional print-profile conversion and official matching to commercial systems such as Pantone are not provided. HEX and saved colors are rounded to 8-bit sRGB.
If another tab edits the data, reopen the saved version after the conflict notice.
When you access the service, Cloudflare may process basic connection data such as your IP address. File and palette contents are not used for analytics.
